While they did drop the ball, kudos on the quick response to apologize and try to make good.

I appreciate that jetBlue has taken responsibility for what went on a couple weeks ago. They have established a refund program for delays and are back-dating the refunds to the customers involved. I have flown jetBlue a few times. The last time wasn’t up to par, but I am more than willing to give them another chance because I think the service, cleanliness, and price is well worth it.

I’m with you, I am going to fly them next time because I enjoyed by flights to and from Cali in October. Can’t beat that legroom for me.
However, based on the fact that they apparently still don’t the kinks worked out yet — they cancelled a bunch more flights again recently — maybe not fly them during the Winter months. 😉
