The new uploads of old photos
I admit that I am a lazy photographer. I take them and then I wait and wait and wait to share them. There are two reasons for this. The first is I am lazy. The second is you don’t seem excited to see them. Well, not all of you, but most of you. You know who you are.
Anyway, I went on a jaunt this past Sunday night to capture some new interestingness and figured I’d better get crackin with getting the old up before the new. I was a bit shocked when going thru my photostream that I was missing lot more than I thought. The good news, again, is you weren’t excited for them anyway. Also, you need to be a friend or family contact of mine in Flickr — you need to be logged in too — to even see the majority of those I just uploaded, and in one case, finally titled and tagged. If you are scared to give Flickr (Yahoo) your precious info, then send me an e-mail and I will send you a super secret link(s) for the sets.
Now, I am pretty clever with the titles on people photos, so do read them. Also, do look at large versions of the photos and not the stupid little thumbnails. I know, it takes your valuable time to view them. It takes (more of) my valuable time to shoot them, sort them, upload them, title them, tag them, set them and write this, so we are far from even. Therefore, might I suggest a slideshow so you may save some of your time by not having to click so much. Yes. Do that.
Oh… proof in how lazy I am? That lead photo is from last Fall and I just uploaded it tonight. So, yeah… help motivate me by leaving kind words here or on Flickr. Do it now. I demand it.
(Psh… these demanding artistes)
If you are lazy, here are direct links to new (or updated) sets:
- Fall 2007 (public)
- Around Boston (public – just a start too, more coming very soon, like… later this week)
- Boston Children’s Museum (public and private)
- Humphries Holiday Party 2007 (public and private kids)
- Humphries Xmas 2006 and 2007 (public dogs and private kids)
- Not my kids (private – collects those outside sets as well as in, so some gems you might have missed)
After that, I think I am officially some family’s unofficial photographer. I need to negotiate some moolah for services rendered past and future.
Now go look. Do it.
What? You are really lazy? Then how about just by when I uploaded them (no slideshow though)? Click this one (some public and some private — see above) and this one (all private). If that doesn’t do it for you, there’s no hope. You win.

“The second is you don’t seem excited to see them. Well, not all of you, but most of you. You know who you are.”
You realize by saying that, that you may be trying to toss some of us a bone here by acknowledging we respect and admire your sharp eye but we’re all just wondering “Geez – what camp do I fall in.” So here I am thinking maybe I am part of the “not all of you” but maybe not.
C’mon just call people out by name and burn the bridges. If Joe’s teh suck, he should know it. Regularly. Repeatedly. By every member of his friends and family until he drives his car to the Zakim and well… Joe, you know the kind words I delivered at your wedding. I also do funerals.
Kidding… or am I?

You receive free family photography for a reason. (So far anyway.)

@Noelle: I thought Flickr was the public? 🙂
Thanks for the compliment though. I am thinking that I’d like to maybe take some of those adult learner classes or something to get some real-deal training. After that, who knows!
