Let it snow. Again.
Stop the whining. Just stop. Please.
You live in the Northeast. It is winter. It snows. It has all your life. It will continue to do so for the rest of it. You will have to plow it. Snow-blow it. Shovel it. Drive in it. Deal with it.
Just because we have had a couple mild winters the previous two years didn’t mean it was going away. You just forgot in your old age. Your back got crankier. You got complacent. You didn’t want to buy a new shovel. You forgot how to drive in it. You can now complain about it in your Facebook status.
However, you can also play with your kids in it. Sled on it. Build a snowman with it. Make snowballs of it. Board or ski thru it. Make a snow angel in it. (Unless you are in an NFL game and can’t afford the 10k fine.) Instead of complaining about it, why don’t you have some fun in it?
Me? I photographed it.

It is kind of a crappy little set, but there it is. I found something productive to do with it.
And yes, I am looking forward to shoveling more of it tomorrow before it turns to rain and then an ice rink.

Here here!!! Let is snow. Let it now. Let it snow!
Great pics although how do I know you didn’t fake those closeups with a pile of sugar. Hey, that’s how they made Hoth.

Crappy little set of photos? Hardly. I love the close ups. You’re right though. We live in New England and snowy winters are to be expected. Granted, I don’t have a car or a driveway to scrape or shovel, but even if I did, I’d still enjoy a good snowfall.

Some good pictures in here. Where’d you take these from?
re: weather. I thought the whole point of weather was to give people something to complain about.

@John: They are geotagged on Flickr so they pop on the map. Since I didn’t link to the set I am assuming you just watched the slide show and don’t know what the hell I am talking about so I will just tell you that most were taken at Granite Links in Quincy. The trees at the end were in my backyard.

[…] Last time I tortured you with photos of snow so I thought this time I’d torture you with photos of what is mere months away. That’s right, this kind of thing is just around the corner. By corner I mean April. […]
